1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the megabet platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other product offered on the site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of megabet regardless of how they access the platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and megabet. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless otherwise specified.

megabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. The most current version of these terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of megabet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. megabet enforces a strict minimum age of 18 in compliance with responsible gaming standards. We do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had a megabet account suspended or permanently closed for a terms violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of megabet or any of its partner game studios or payment processors.
• Participating in online betting through platforms such as megabet does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of megabet is lawful in your location.

megabet employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm user identity and age. Users will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents before withdrawal requests can be processed. megabet reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

3. Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on megabet, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active megabet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. megabet uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential and secure. You must not share your credentials with any third party. megabet staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@megabet and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

megabet may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents for verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

megabet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your megabet account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• megabet does not charge fees for deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• megabet reserves the right to refuse a deposit or place it under review if it triggers our fraud detection or anti-money-laundering systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. megabet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment account that does not match the name on the registered megabet account.
• megabet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on megabet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). megabet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs that arise from the player's side are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

megabet offers various promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL finals, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to registered users aged 18 and above who have completed account verification.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These will be published clearly alongside each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• megabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, any winnings derived from that bonus prior to cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• megabet may apply additional identity verification requirements before releasing bonus winnings for withdrawal.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of megabet are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with casino dealers in live casino games.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any megabet game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Creating or using a megabet account on behalf of another person.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider while retaining associated winnings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing megabet customer support staff or other users.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

megabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• Prolonged account inactivity (inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after 12 consecutive months of inactivity; any remaining balance will be preserved for a minimum of 24 months before dormancy procedures apply).

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, please contact our support team at support@megabet. You may also request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding eligible balance will be returned to you after standard verification procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

megabet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, reliable access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. Specifically:

• megabet is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, megabet reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• megabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment processing timelines are subject to the policies of those providers.
• megabet makes no representations or warranties regarding the compatibility of the platform with any specific device, operating system, or internet connection.
• megabet's total liability to any user in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit megabet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and megabet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
